Spoiler Alert

Just before Valentine’s Day, Netflix released the first five episodes of Love Is Blind, the new dating show that promises to challenge our conceptions of romance. On the show, singles fall in love and get engaged without even seeing each other. How is it possible?

Well, the dating show hypothesis is: If you’re starting with love, does anything else matter? In order to test the hypothesis, Love is Blind’s creators arranged blind dates in “pods”, chic rooms where the contestant can’t see the other person. Then, after the couples made a truly emotional connection, they got engaged and head to Cancun to experience true love.

By the end of the first episodes, six couples went on holidays to the luxurious resort Grand Velas Riviera Maya. We invite you to take a look to this stunning paradise, where you can live the same romantic getaway as the TV series’ contestants.
