3 years agoMy daughter really loves to move and she is like a little monkey! I think I will have her take an aerial yoga class. It seems to have the good benefits of yoga with the added twist of the acrobatics moves!
Maybe I should try it myself before? Or take a class with her?
Anyone tried aerial yoga with their kids?
Have a nice one everyone!

3 years agoHi Alex! Aerial yoga is particularly exciting for kids, while adding sensory-cognitive and health benefits. Plus, they get a sense of achievement by completing the challenging poses. Once you both practice in class, you can move to practicing at home together. Hope you find a studio that teaches both, kids and parents, that would be fun! Enjoy it, and thank you for reading and sharing!
