Let’s Be Thankful to today’s heroes!
During all these months we have witnessed the heroic work that health sector workers have done to help millions of people around the world, risking their lives and putting their duty above everything else.
Their vocation and ethics inspire us; at Velas Resorts, we want to THANK and RECOGNIZE their effort, sweat, commitment, and responsibility from our trench, with what we do best: Creating for them and their families a memorable vacation experience.
Our goal is to grant 100 stays of 4 days and 3 nights for 100 healthcare heroes, but we can only achieve this with your help. We invite you to be part of this great initiative called “Let’s Be Thankful”.
How can you do your bit?
These are the paths you can take to contribute:
- Share a night: If you book a stay of at least 5 nights at any Velas Resorts property (with presence in Los Cabos, Riviera Maya, Riviera Nayarit, and Puerto Vallarta), you will get a complimentary night for your next visit, and we will add one night to the “stays bag” or “prize pot” for these heroes.
- Donate: You can donate one or all the nights you want, and we will match your donation to accumulate more stays.
Nomination time!
From March 15th to 24th, you can nominate all the heroes you want to thank. You will only have to share their story with us in a video or a picture, and we will upload it, so you can share it too on social media. The posts with more likes will be the lucky ones to get these complimentary stays. The list of award-winning heroes will be released on May 1st.
