Oatmeal

A classic recipe to add the toppings that you like the most.

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 5 fl. oz. almond milk
  • 1 egg
  •  ½ tsp. vanilla essence

Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients very well.
  • In a pan over low heat, add butter or coconut oil.
  • Pour a little of the mixture and wait until bubbles have formed on the surface, it’s time to turn it over.
  • Wait a few more minutes and repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  • Decorate with banana slices, strawberries or hazelnut cream.

Matcha tea

A touch of color with many benefits.

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz. flour
  • 1 oz. baking powder
  • 1.2 oz. sugar
  • ½  tsp. matcha
  • 1 egg

Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients very well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • In a pan over low heat, add butter or coconut oil.
  • Pour a little of the mixture and wait until bubbles have formed on the surface, it’s time to turn it over.
  • Wait a few more minutes and repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  • Decorate with red fruits to highlight the color and add a little honey.

Sweet potato and pumpkin seeds

The flavor and texture of these pancakes will fascinate you.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. sweet potato
  • 1 oz. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 oz. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 3 oz. toasted pumpkin seeds

Preparation:

  • Cook the sweet potato in a pot with enough water for 15 minutes or until soft.
  • In a food processor put the cooked sweet potato, butter, oil, milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and let it rest for 30 minutes in a bowl.
  • Cook in a pan over medium low heat.
  • Add the pumpkin seeds as a topping and serve with organic maple syrup or Greek yogurt with organic honey and fresh blueberries.
